  1. Im currently using a 650W EVGA SuperNOVA G3 on a system with a 5600x + RTX 3080 (which is overclocked and now can draw up to 450w max) Do I need a new PSU? currently looking at an 850w Supernova G5
  2. I ended up cancelling myself, getting the rtx 3080 first
  3. Went for the LG monitor in the end, sorry for the spam
  4. Then theres also the first monitor that had ELMB sync from ASUS TUF (also shown on LTT) these were both recommended and its only £10 more. this is becoming a rabbit hole, help dig me out
  5. I checked out the LTT Monitor buying guide again and right now the LG one is £135 less, I might get this one since i plan on getting the rtx 3080 when it's restocked. Should I go for the LG one?
  6. I've been looking at these two specifically and one seems to have ELMB Sync + gsync compatibility at the same price as the other without it. I mainly play FPS games and after using a VA panel (1440p 144hz) with a bunch of motion blur (terrible experience) I wanted to spend the extra money and get something a lot better Currently using a 3700x + 2070 super. I find gsync to be important as of now as the 2070 super gets around 120fps in warzone and BF5 Thanks
  7. Is it worth sticking with the x570 and getting a gen4 m.2 SSD, and then a HDD secondary drive
  8. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/ActionManXVI/saved/DDNCLk So I already have an RTX 2060, so it isnt included in the list. Was going to build a new PC and wanted to make sure I was getting the best parts. The build is mostly focused on getting max performance in games. First time building my own PC after owning pre builts for over 5 years, Budget is around £1000 (excluding the GPU). Wasn't sure on whether I should spend the whole budget, or which parts to improve.
  9. Havent registered a new account for anything let alone a forum, but this one's built really well and I look forward to participating. Been watching LTT since ~2014 :)
