  1. Interesting.. I found that limiting FPS was the solution, maybe it was messing with the way graphics reset/load every after round or when textures are being called out
  2. Yes, but it wasnt specifically overclocked for CSGO but for pubg, I focused on vram oc because I think 1gb is causing stutters, I think I have lowered the stutter after mem oc though. I'll try that, I saw the same suggestions before I posted here but I'm desperate. Will let you know thanks!
  3. Hi! I've recently overclocked my GPU more focused on Memory Clock usage. I've used the usual Valley Benchmark to test whether overclocks are stable or not, although I only made them run once or twice every after +10Mhz increment on the memory clock, so far I haven't stumbled upon any issues except for csgo. I more often play PUBG using the same oc settings and has not run into some problems with the current setup, but when I started playing CSGO the game would hang indefinitely until I ctrl+alt+deleted out of it, coming back into the game was impossible without restarting the client. Here are the OC Specs GTX 750 1gb OC Voltage +10mV Core +200Mhz Memory +535Mhz
  4. Hahaha good one! but I've maintained my pc well I think no unknown background processes that I know of are running and it reflects on cpu/gpu usage and temps. But I did consider reinstalling windows because of so much clutter but I decided just to defrag it hoping for same results. Turns out maybe just VRAM bottleneck, I've played for a while and Miramar really stutters the hell out of my system compared to Erangel, given that miramar is ~50% bigger I really think its just overall gpu bottleneck. yes RIP optimizations for a lot more consumerism and microtransactions, plus servers esp in AS and SEA really suck right now and I doubt its my ISP.
  5. UPDATE: Sorry if its too late to bump this post. I've downloaded HD Sentinel and noticed that my main drive is legally dead (8 days estimated remaining lifespan, at 8% health) although it says that Performance is still 100%, I doubt it does since report says they have found multiple bad sectors and errors during data transfer pic attached below. I have transferred PUBG game files to my other drive which still has a hefty life on it. Which is weird because it's the older one and I mean YEARS older and managed to outlive this new one. Im gonna be playing some games later and try to report if there's noticeable differences. I've also noticed that HUGE stutters and frame drops occur in Miramar which is a bigger map meaning more files to load (?) correct me if I'm wrong.
  6. Wow, everytime I scroll through the listings I see a good deal psu with no reviews from any websites, how about this FSP AURUM S 500W 80+gold? would it be worth it to buy?
  7. Wow I really need to read more about these things, I could've thought that getting that Seasonic s12ii would be alot better since its in the higher tier atleast. Do drop me some useful links I can read in my freetime.
  8. I'm from the PH, I'm having second thoughts on buying 500W psus because of these calculators and also I want that peak efficiency so my mind leans to these cheap PSUs with 80 plus silver efficiencies. But I guess I have to reason with myself that 500W would be find under load and alongside peripherals (gaming keyboard, LED fans, and a USB audiohub) I can spot some seasonic S12ii up for grabs secondhand might consider those.
  9. Wish he would notice this lowly thread lol hahaha but well I might as well reconsider this secondhand seasonic 500watts screw online psu calculators why do they mark up so much watts
  10. But would it work fine with a power hungry card? How will it affect stability? I need to do some more reading about powersupply qualities... but what lured me in the most is the price at around 30 USD I think the retailer buys surplus goods overseas.
  11. I know I just cited what was mentioned in PSU calculators although plus it was calculated with the 270x and not 750 OC. But the review in Andandtech would say that a full system with i7 would eat up about 286 under synthetic furmark load. i don't know how much to deduct if it were an i5 4460. also doesnt include some peripherals Why so? I'm on a budget and also an 80plus silver would be nice to electricity consumption
  12. Hi guys! I am currently searching for a new powersupply since I will soon receive an aged mid tier graphics card (r9 270x TOXIC). I encountered this fairly cheap branded PSU which is an FSP Raider 650w 80plus Silver in a local website, but it has a different packaging compared to FSP's website. My guess is that it comes from a korean retailer/manufacturer which explains the difference in packaging. I've done quite a few research about PSU and I know it belongs to Tier 6 in LTT list and tier 4 in tomshardware, but I'd like to know if there are any cases of fraudulence happening in PSU just like what we can see in ebay selling fake bios-flashed gpus. Here are a few pictures from the retailer. EDIT: If you goodle the product code in the pic (RA-650s) you'll get some korean/japanese sites. Amazon jp has 4 star avg customer review. so is it legit? (brand claims and 80plus rating) My system i5-4460 8gb HyperX fury 1600mhz currently a GTX 750 OC (switching to: r9 270x) 1TB WD Blue 500gb Toshiba online PSU calculators say that my system eats about 491W Thanks!
  13. I never thought of it that way! thanks guys! yeah this card only has 1GB of VRAM! I'll try to check VRAM usage too this time. But it might literally be its probable cause since it lags on highly populated areas. Also, it lags when I turn my view to other places and this sucks especially when I have to flick to an enemy.
  14. Hi guys! Firstly, I'm not sure if these kinds of posts are entertained here so pardon me if not. I've been enduring PUBG stuttering for a while now, I've recently upgraded my CPU since I thought it was the Pentium slowing it down and solely responsible for the stutter. But still when I replaced it I'm still getting this issue especially during combat and highly populated areas I've been monitoring CPU/GPU usage after I die and notice gpu usage isn't as stable, I know my GPU doesn't really comply to minimum requirements posted but I think it should not be stuttering this bad. I also applied overclock to it (+150/+300) So is it possible that it's the hard drive causing this issue? Here's the pic of GPU USAGE during in game: https://imgur.com/a/MnEJGYg Specs: i5-4460 Palit Geforce GTX 750 OC 8gb DDR3 HyperX Fury @1600mhz 1TB 7.2k RPM HDD 107GB free
  15. Since this would probably bottleneck everything in my system and I do not have money to buy other expensive parts, If I were to win I would sell this cpu and get a budget gaming i3 gaming rig for myself, I do not run pretty punishing games.
