Can't wait for the next Battlefield the engine and net code are now rock solid and it will likely look even better than Battlefront.

I kind of hope that it isn't Battlefield 5, but instead Bad Company 3, Battlefield 2143, or Battlefield 1944.

Car coolant doesnt cool better than water.  Waterwetter in a system might be worth a try though.

OP, please update your post according to the guidelines seen here

Specifically, while you do list a source, you're lacking any quotes from the source, and the post could use some proper formatting.

Yes I have my fans set at 0% until about 40 degrees.  Except for one case fan in the back. You can set for it ramps up slow or fast at what ever temp you want.  Come with alot of external sensors as well.
OH And I run watercooling.  So it's my rad fans that are at 0%.  Also always have one fan on in a case because of ram and other components that are not actively cooled or monitored.

NOT A UPDATE  The original post was about a father preventing bullying/assault.  This post is about how he tried to prevent that by taking the device being used to arrange that.  No matter what anyone says parent or not. He was preventing for all we know a crime. would you not do the same?

I do alot of auto painting. Best thing you go going for you is the metal has no rust or dents ect..
I now use silicon remover as prep. But that can be expensive. General grease or wax remover is ok. Acetone also is good for bare metal only.
Use what ever clean rag you have for the removing of oil ect. Then a Cheese cloth(or lint free rag) is great for removing that lint at the end as well.
Everything else your doing seems Right!

Those grits should definitely work. If this is a relatively new piece of steel it will still be somewhat oily from the galvanization process. If that's the case you will want to use some kind of degreaser (more on that below) to get the oil off before you start the sanding as it can make the sanding process messy/uneven.
To explain it in a simple way that I find useful, think of galvanization as basically dipping the metal in a thin plastic (if you care, I think zinc is actually what is used). This plastic helps protect the metal from surface imperfections and rust but also has the effect of making it much more difficult to paint because paint doesn't want to stick to the slick surface. When you degrease and sand galvanized steel you are removing this protective layer. The paint that you apply then acts as a stand-in for that plastic so you aren't really losing anything in the way of protection by sanding and then repainting the steel.
I'm very happy to see your last question! Keeping everything obsessively clean is one of the most important aspects of painting. To answer your question, I use Naptha. Conveniently, Naptha is also a degreaser, so if you just want to buy one product to use as both a degreaser and to clean the metal after sanding, Naptha is 100% the way to go and is readily available in pretty much any hardware store.
Just some general tips for keeping the painting surface clean: wear surgical gloves, try to handle the painting surface on the edges (just to minimize your contact with it), set aside an isolated, clean (dust-free), well-ventilated area to do your painting, and most importantly, take your time, apply thin coats over an extended period of time.
I know there are quite a few painting guides on here as well, they would probably be worth taking a peek at if you haven't already! Feel free to shoot me any other questions you have on painting. I have painted kind of an obscene amount of my pc parts!
    EDIT:
Sandboarder08's mention of cheese cloth reminded me of something! As he noted, make sure that you are using some type of lint free rag for your final wipe down. Oddly, coffee filters are very good (and very cheap!) for this because they do not leave fibers behind, nobody wants coffee filter fibers in their coffee!

Here in Sweden with my cell subscription i can add or remove data limits on each phone on the plan. At home i can shut off wifi and such. So that the easiest punishment for my kids.  I normally dont take my kids cell phones but i do limit the use if need be.  they are 13 and 11.

Yeah Definitely take it away.   I do pay for it, and its my house.
If he had paid for it himself and was at appropriate age.I would give him a option. Give me the phone or I would let proper authorities know of the plot (be it the school or police).

Hilarious. If you made this kind of call in the UK (i.e. 'my Dad has taken my phone'), you'd be warned that you were potentially wasting police time.

"you can't take someone's property, regardless if you're a parent or not," should in fact read: "You can't take back your own property, regardless of whether you continue to pay for it on a monthly basis or not".
