I have the same issue with Ryzen 5 2600 and Gtx 1070 ti, I have tried everything and doesnt help idk what to do next.

I have tried that already

I play everything on 1080p because i have 1080p 144hz monitor and i play gamess like battlefield1,destiny 2 etc...

I have been trying to fix this for a while but idk whats going on.It may be a cpu bottleneck but im not sure.I always get around 50% usage so it sometimes stutters and is not smooth enough. My specs: Gtx 1070 ti Ryzen 5 2600 8x2gb 3000mhz ram Windows 10 Game mode is off and everything has been set to high performance so im not sure what to do. Also i dont think its my cpu cuz it always around 60% usage and temps are good for gpu and for cpu. My ram is in dual channel mode so its not that either. I also have 2 monitors if it makes a difference.
