Thanks for the responses and sorry for my late responses... I checked every kabel and took out the CMOS battery for 5 min from the motherboard but the computer stil isn't posting. dose anybody have an idea why... what should be replaced... a fix ?

Hello, since three days my PC is not turning on nor posting, instead it is just making a clicking noise every approx. 3 seconds...see the picture... the red circled one that is the “thing” that is making the ticking noise. Has anybody have an idea what this cable might be ? Or what is causing the problem? thanks in advance
