    Can I just remove that area only and how can I remove it? The rest of the radiator looks nice it’s just that part.

    I started spray painting my aio’s radiator a few days ago it looked fine with minor bubbles I could fix but than suddenly this started happening so I tried to add more light coats but it’d Just look like a pizza crust at the moment I’m already on my 5th light coat any suggestions on fixing that?
