can this be a broken fuse problem...??

Hi, I was playing PUBG on my rig then suddenly my everything went black, when i tried restarting my pc, it was not turning on. I opened the case and saw that GPU fans are not spinning. Then I switched to internal graphics then it worked fine.. What could be the problem with my GPU... Things I Have Tried: 1. Tried re-inserting the gpu on mb 2. Updateing MB's bios 3. Flashing GPU BIOS using nvflash (both from DOS and Windows) but showing No Nvidia Display Adapters Found. My Specs.
