You can already know by the title of this post that i have problem since upgrade my rig... my asus b450 tuf plus 2 doest post or boot... no cpu fan spinning(starts to spin and stops fast) im suspecting its because i need to flash the board to support 5000 series... i have available flash button but no extra cpu on hand. hi, today i got the board that i ordered from aliexpress, i contacted the seller and waiting for answer. im posting this to maybe get faster answers. so the problem is when im connecting the board to my pc with micro usb the pc not recognize it at all, not even on device manager and there is not beeping sound. thank for helping.

rx5500xt is the best for the price because it has 8gb vram and gtx 16 series its useless in my opinion.

open the case and check each fun and look at how they spins they need to spin nice and smooth if not the motor probably dying if its the case you should buy one. a good fan will cost 8-12$

so i bought my pc parts back in january from a local store, and since then i notice the temp are high! im talking about 98,(the hottest part of the die) and the hotter i got is 112(the hottest part of a die) using furmarkand another benchmark softwares and stress test., and the gpu make sound like f22 raptor aircraft, and i didnt manage to fix it and i already send my pc to fix at the same local store i bought the parts from and i send it 2 times(yo read the fun part i send it 1 day later xd) from now (the third will be tomorrow). and they even fix anything they did a wierd stuff like switching my cpu and ram and saying the high temp came from the vrm and i checked that and its wrong GPUz says its the hottest part of the die and the pc was in the store for nearly a month! combined, so and it look like they are making shit up and not really going for the problem just saying shit and act weird so i talked with them yesterday and he says: "bro, listen what we can do. we can check your gpu and if he have some issue we will replace it for rtx 2070 super" its sound nice but wtf they all ready shoud replace it because the high temp and stuttering i got my pc crashed twice since yesterday without reason(probably heat and the amd broken drivers cause bsods if if i will get 1 dollar of each bsod ill be elon musk jesus... so i really need help about that thx guys for reading this. and i dont need help to fix the problems. just talk about what to do with the weird store and my dying gpu i stop try to fix my self when there is warranty that should deal with this shit.

the card it self how he really should be hes amazed me more then the nvidia and this is why i got him but he has to many problems im suffering from stuttering for months and i tried everything its almost a year since he started solding and the drivers still suck.

s you can get 2070 super or 2060 super but dont buy rx5700 or rx5700xt i got it and is terrible! and what is your psu valtage? you need atleast 600w

so my rx5700xt is stuttering, more accurate microstuttering. and for me its unplayable. its happend at call off duty warzone,control,stranded deep, hurts af at dayz. i tried a lot of methods that should fix it but it didnt. so im already deep regret going with amd gpu(the cpu is amazing af) so i hope you guys can help me. my specs: ---my pc specs: meet my beast "alpha centauri" cpu: ryzen 7 3700x 4.2ghz (one core because for gaming its not matter) cooler: stock amd prism rgb( logo,ring and fan are red color) gpu: amd radeon rx5700xt gigabyte gaming oc (tip if your rx5700xt is hot just low the core voltage from 1197mv to 1097 mv for me its cooled the gpu by 15-25c) motherboard: b450 gigabyte aorus elite ram: corsair vengeance lpx 3200mhz 2x8 (black) psu: 650w antec high current gamers gold 80+ fully modular) case: ippon thor 2x (black) (took it from my steam xd) what i tried:uninstalling drivers with ddu in safe mode and without safemode playing with waltage my core was at 1200mv and i lower it to 1100 and there is no difference in performance but same siht happend. (i tried both 20.4.2 and 20.5.1) adjust settings in the games and inside the driver(everything you can imagine of ) antivirus scan and ccleaner update bios what im considering to do: fresh install of win 10 1909 because 2004 sucks. update the graphics card bios ( i dont really no how) thoughts?
