No. That's completely insane, the R7 360 is an extremely outdated card that wouldn't even be bottlenecked by a Sandy Bridge i3.

Is your 250GB WD SSD Disk4 in disk manager? It is not booting to that drive because it does not have a EFI bootloader.

Looks to me the drive uses MBR partition table.
Confirm by right click Disk4, select properties. Choose Volumes tab. If the partition style shows MBR. Then you need to convert it to GPT first to have a UEFI compatible bootloader. This guide will help you

I forgot to say how much storage you would have. It should be the 2 500Gb Hard Drives and the 240Gb So 1.24 TB and i you ever want more just buy more storage and repeat what you did before.

I do know a way but I am not sure if it is the best way so maybe wait before trying.

But anyway if you go into disk management then deallocate it so that they become free space then right click on your top drive that has been deallocated and select new spanned volume. Follow the setup wizard the right click on the newly created disk and select extend volume. Then add as much storage as you wish and that should be it.

One thing to consider is that I have this running one one of my Pcs but I do not know the full risks. That is why I would recommend waiting but To be honest I think that it will work just fine.

The market is shifting so much at the moment, if I was you I would just wait and see what comes around.
but 3rd gen ryzen is your best bet at the moment.

so when you go into bios and enable xmp, manually change dram voltage to 1.35 and also change soc voltage to 1.05. this should allow it to run a bit more stable. ryzen 2000 series have some problem with tthe memory controllers and sometimes struggle to run 3200 without some voltage increase.

Gigabyte has a listing of all their compatible accessories.  https://www.gigabyte.com/MicroSite/512/partners.html
I've got one of their ITX B450s and ran into the same issue. I'm currently waiting for a Cooler Master PWM/aRGB hub to ship from overseas. But it really looks like the best bet is to find a fan hub with SATA connections to power then all. Then find another non-software controlled aRGB hub or cable splitters to handle the lighting. Sadly, this won't let you controller each fan individually, but (IMO) RGB Fusion isn't exactly Advanced enough for individual control either.

Corsair, CM, NZXT, etc depending on your fan brand all have RGB controllers. I have x8 RGB fans in my case and the only thing using the RGB Mobo headers are the light strips

So what I've heard is, for gaming on a minimum budget right now, get a Ryzen 2600 and a used RX 480. With the professional miners unloading their computer machines, 8Gb 580's are on the market for $100, it offers significantly more performance than you're going to get from any APU, and can game reasonably well at 1080p

but no point going for the 1660 when the price difference to a super is small and you can just oc a super

The super has gddr6 which leads to the faster mem speeds, yes they will both oc to similar levels but due to the higher mem speeds the performance on the super will still exceed either way .

a good bang for your buck gpu would be a GTX 1660 SUPER. It should be within your budget
