  1. I have a 3 monitor set up (seen below) and I'm wondering if someone has a solution before I run out and start replacing monitors. All of this is being pushed by a 2070 super/i7 8700k. I often experience weird behavior on my center 144hz panel and if my 4k panels (60hz) are not set to 1080 then i have mouse stuttering and my screen blink when they wake about 4 times. What i'm looking for are considerations on how to manage a setup like this or explanations why i should look to replacing my 4k screens. I feel as if there is some settings/configurations that will allow me to run three different panels at different resolutions and refresh rates. I only game on the center 144hz screen unless i spanning all three and tinkering with a flight sim. In order from left to right, basically [4k @60hz- 1080 @144hz- 4k@60hz] Dell U2718Q 4k 60hz Asus VG279 1080p 144hz LG 27UD68-W 4K
  2. I work very close to a Microcenter. It's a terrible for my bank account.
  3. I recently purchased a 2018 Razer Blade 15 Advanced from Microcenter. I got it as an open box that's has been sitting around for a while and paid 1100.00 for the i7/8th Gen, 1060 version. Been running it for 8 days and it seems be be the bee-nees, that trackpad is pure silk! However, part of the openbox was it wouldn't boot, likely due to an interrupted factory restore. No biggie, I just attempted it again, failed and then just wiped all the partitions and installed windows. It's been running fine, however the windows license key reverts to my M$ account digital license instead of whatever product key came on the factory image. Neither Microcenter or Razer are helpful on this front (other than just return it). My quandary is; Due to the sweet purchase price should i just eat that issue (laptop runs fine and a win home key is only 80ish bucks) OR Return it for some other ultra thin or spend 2000-2400 on a new Razer or Maybe the Asus Zephyrus s 15 inch? My main usage is work research (in cyber sec) so running VMs and of course some gaming. I want something that doesn't scream gamer which is why i like the razer blade. I also like the high refresh rate gaming for when i'm sick of tinkering with work. Fishing for advice (keep it and/or here are some options for thin gaming laptops) based on this limited info. I have a nice gaming desktop but like to be able to game on the go when traveling or on the couch. Thanks to whomever takes some time to respond!
