I tried this out, and didn't see any error codes, do you think it would be fine to just redownload windows and bassically start fresh, there's not really anything that I am attached to in terms of data.

Recently built my computer, and everything was working fine for a month. Booted up batman arkham asylum, and played for two days, and on third day it started having issues where it would slow down and not respond to inputs from a controller. After closing the application when I tried opening chrome, or other applications it would make a beeping noise. Also now all games on my computer have this issues and not just batman.(GTA V, Witcher 3,Other Batman games etc.) I have checked my temperature while playing, and they remain low for both CPU and GPU.
