  1. So what I think I will do then is just get 2x 8pin extender cables from cablemod and plug those into the y-splitter.. and then the y-splitter into the PSU. Is that correct?
  2. Thanks for the quick reply, Are you sure that using a Y Splitter for a card like the 2080ti is a good idea? Power consumption wise, etc.

Hey, Power Supply: Corsair HX1200i Graphics Card: RTX 2080 Ti I read that using a single PCIe Y-Splitter cable for a card like the 2080ti isn't recommended, so I was thinking of buying two 8pin PCIe extension cables from cablemod (cause I want to make it look clean/fancy) and plugging one extension cable into one Y-Splitter 6+2pin cable and then the second extension cable into another Y-Splitter 6+2pin cable. Is that possible? I have two of these; PCIe Y-Splitter from Corsair - 1x 8pin - Power Supply - 2x 6+2pin - Graphics Card
