  1. Maybe one of your cables is faulty.
  2. I think you fixed the problem because the lagspikes arent at 1000ms anymore but only 50ms lagspikes(except fot a few spikes that sometimes happen after a few minutes (1000ms)) Edit: Nevermind Im still getting lagspiked , just not as many as before(might be random).
  3. I did some pingtests on my phone and PC while having USB tethering enabled and I usually have a ping of 20 to 40ms but on my PC I sometimes completely loose internet connection for almost exactly 1 second(happens every 1 to 30seconds). I have already tried: -using another USB cable -using another USB port -download/uploadrate doesnt affect the ping -restarted PC/phone multiple times Let me know if you need more information about my phone/PC.
  4. I have already found a fix for the problem: Open device manager View - Show hidden devices
  5. DDR3 is cheaper but spending more money for DDR4 is really worth it.
  6. At first I just had a issue that USBtethering was causing huge lagspikes. After hours of searching and many diferent fixes(none of them worked) Ive found a "fix" that made everything worse: Open Device Manager (right click on Computer > Manage > on the left side, under System Tools choose Device Manager) Choose the problematic device in Network Adapters (for me it's called HTC Remote NDIS based device) Right click on it and choose Update Driver Software... Click Browse my computer for driver software Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers Uncheck the box Show compatible hardware For the manufacturer, choose Microsoft Now you will have two options: - Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device - Remote NDIS Compatible Device chose the second one and it solved the problem But after that when I was trying to enable USbtethering it instantly disconects. The problem is that I dont know how to undo the changes since I cant even select the device when its not conected. I have rebooted my PC/phone multiple times, used different USBport/cable. Any ideas how to fix this incredibly dumb mistake?
