So I just switched cards from rx 480 8gb asus strix to msi gtx 1070 8gb. I thought there was a problem with my rx because it was stuttering but now switching to gtx 1070 it stutters even more that the whole pc stutters going to websites, Opening task manager, or playing games on ultra. For example: I put fortnite to play, It says its 200fps and then if I even move it lags like hell for 5 seconds and loads back on with 30fps then refreshes. Even Team fortress 2 10 year old game drops to 50fps in small maps, same with csgo, borderlands 2-3, red dead 2. I think its bottlenecking but not sure still what would cause the problem. Here are my specs: Motberboard: msi h110m-vd Gpu: Gtx 1070 8gb Cpu: I5 7500 Ram: Sketchy 1800mhz 4gbx2 Hard drive: Sketchy 1tb. (Runs at 100% all the time) Psu: 530w Nexus -> Didn't build it myself since I was sick so my dad gave it to a local pc shop where they put in the ram and hard drive since I forgot to purchase them 2-3 years ago.

I'd say 60 fps on medium or low.

RX 570-580 for AMD Gtx 1060 3gb for Geforce.

I am looking to buy a rtx 2060 but in amazon.de there is a used one for 250e and new price is 450e. They have 1000+ positive reviews. Would it be safe to buy? Or be on its last breath
