both slots supports gen 3 x4 m.2 drives.  Both will preform the same.

The board supports nvme booting, so any pcie nvme drive is bootable.

DCH are OEM only solutions and Windows Update certified drivers, you should always avoid these if you're using an aftermarket dedicated GPU.

When you DDU in Safe Mode to wipe out everything you have to ensure you already downloaded the latest standard drivers so you can install them after the reboot without being connected to the internet, otherwise Windows Update will force DCH OEM drivers which are notorious for being awful (not to mention they force you to download nVidia control panel from Windows Store lol).

Standard are the normal drivers you should always use unless you use a proprietary OEM solution like prebuilds, all in ones and alike.

To oversimplify it, the original Old English (which started out as Old High German) has been greatly diluted by Old French (carried over by the Norman invasion and was spoken when England occumpied much of what is now France), which consisted of Norse and Frankish, Latin and the native Celtic languages, such as Common Brittonic dialects, such as Cumbric, Breton, Welsh, and Cornish, before the Angles, Saxons, and Jutes first started coming over, further diluted with Norse languages by later invasions by Vikings, and with a smattering of other languages over time. English is now a mongrel of umpteen different languages and has been further altered by corruption due to laziness and ignorance.

A huge percentage of immigrants to the U.S. during the 19th century were Irish, coming at a close second behind the Germans, many of whom were fleeing the famine caused by the potato blight of the mid 1800s exacrbated by the "indifference" of the British government and British property owners in Ireland (Ireland lost 2/3rds of her population of roughly 3 million back in the mid 1800s, roughly 1 million to emigration and roughly 1 million to starvation).

The British are themselves Germans. Ever heard of Anglo-Saxon? Those are Germanic tribes. English also belongs to the Germanic language tree.

For Americans, most trace their ancestry to Germany as well. In fact, German states sent the most immigrants to USA in the 1800s and their record of sending the most immigrants wasn't surpass until the late 2010s by Mexico.

The word 'flour' actually derives from Old French. It most likely became an English word in the 11th century after the Norman conquest (1066), lots of Old English words were replaced with Old French words around this time. This language was known as Middle English and was spoken up until the 15th century.

The RAM speed depends both on the CPU and the motherboard, but Zen 2 has shown that many of the previous gen (X370/X470, etc.) boards were quite capable in memory overclocking.
Most of the boards worth mentioning has been reviewed already, so just use a web search to find what you need.
Check out Buildzoid's videos regarding Zen 2 memory system and memory OC. Most of the tech youtubers have done videos on memory OC for Zen 2 as well.
From a performance pov, Zen 2 does not benefit from the memory speeds higher than 3733-3800 MHz due to having to switch the IMC to 1:2 divider at higher mem clocks.
There is still some sense in buying a higher speed memory, since you'll be able to downclock it and tighten the timings (again, see memory OC videos).

Depends on the game mostly. There’s plenty of games where my RTX 2080 Super is fast enough, but also plenty of games where I’d need RTX 2080Ti to reach around 144 FPS, and even games where that wouldn’t be enough. Basically, you can never have enough GPU horsepower for every game so look at what you’re playing and what you’re willing to spend.

It is possible that the game is only running on a couple threads, and those are at 100%, and the rest of the CPU is sitting idle. That would explain all of the symptoms you're having.

Another possibility is that the game has some functions that are linked with time progression, and the CPU is just so powerful that it's exceeding that limit when processing everything else, and that is the limiter. I know that the Elder Scrolls and Fallout games sometimes have this issue because of the scripting system.

ReadyPlayerOne reacted to JoostinOnline in Fear to buy an AMD vga again
One of the reasons that FreeSync is cheaper is because there's no real quality control. It fails a lot. A variable refresh rate also doesn't magically make the image smooth. It's just a lower latency solution to tearing.

If it makes you feel better, my monitor has the infamous G-Sync bug, and NVIDIA doesn't have a fix for it. I periodically have to turn my monitor off and on again or the image gets scrambled. A column of pixels in the center gets moved over to the right edge of the screen.
