  1. I do have another GPU and tried it with that, same issue. I don't have a second power supply tho so I'm considering buying one
  2. A little bit of Background: Earlier this year (ouch) I bought a used RTX 2080 Super and just recently a used Ryzen 9 3900X + Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite. Both GPU and CPU were in good condition and have worked fine for the last couple of months. Yesterday I put my PC into standby and left it for a few hours. When I came back and hit the power button, it didn't do anything except ramping up all fans. I waited a couple of minutes and then eventually pushed the reset button. Nothing. No button would work so I turned off the power supply and turned it back on. I tried booting but again, only the fans would ramp up. After a bit of troubleshooting I found out that when booting my PC without GPU, powering it off, putting the GPU back in would do the trick and my PC would boot. The problem: I have to do it whenever I wanna boot my PC, its pretty annoying and I don't think its entirely good for my PC's health. Any ideas whats wrong? I suppose its my power supply (be quiet! S8-600W), besides my ram it's the only component that I haven't replaced in years, wanted to that anyway.
  3. Alright, you know which cooler he has? Also, do you think it could be my RAM being clocked at 2133mhz holding back my performance?
  4. Render scale to 133% somehow doesn't really change anything in terms of CPU Load/FPS for me This somehow puts more load on my cpu and my framerate gets worse
  5. Hi! I've upgraded from my GTX 970 to an RTX 2080 Super lately. I've got into playing Warzone (really great game imo) but I have been experiencing a serious bottleneck because of my stock clocked i7-6700k. I get around 90fps on 1080p Ultra Settings which is way too low for an RTX 2080 Super I believe. Also, I have around 30% GPU and always 100% CPU in game which leads me to believe my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU (which is kinda normal for that setup I have). But shouldn't it be possible to still get constant 144fps or do I really need to overclock/buy a new CPU to get that nice 144fps? Changing the game settings to the lowest really doesnt help either, still 90fps. I already tried DDU, didn't change much. Benchmarks like TimeSpy and Furmark show normal results for my GPU and Cinebench also shows normal results for my CPU. Any ideas on what I can do to improve the fps other than buying a new CPU? Edit: My specs: Graphics card: RTX 2080 Super Processor: Intel Core i7-6700k Ram: 32gb 2133mhz Mainboard: Asus Z170-K Power supply: be quiet! s8 600W
  6. Thanks, which CPU would be worth (and not too expensive) upgrading to?
  7. Hey everyone! My current specs: Graphics card: GTX970 Processor: Intel Core i7-6700k Ram: 32gb Mainboard: Asus Z170-K Power supply: be quiet! s8 600W For upcoming 2020 games, like Cyberpunk 2077, MSFS 2020 and Kerbal Space Program 2 I want to play on my Full HD 144hz Monitor on (hopefully) highest graphic settings, I want to upgrade my GPU. I want a GeForce Graphics Card and I am particularly looking at either an RTX2060 Super or RTX2070 Super. I've got around 500€ to spare. Which one of these should I consider buying? Are there any other cards that meet my requirements and are the better option to choose from? Thanks in advance!
