If you're willing to spend 400 dollars, I absolutely recommend you radeon rx 5700 xt. It's a lot better than the Rtx 2060 Super at the same price and even better than the 2070 in some games.

Yeo, about that much. We're talking 5 years, when reviewers say "this GPU is good for blah blah blah" they refer to current games only. 1060 6GB for example, was deemed "as good as you need for 1080p 60fps for every game". Now it wont even play RDR2 at 60fps without low settings

Depending on what you play, you might be able to do 1080p Ultra with a 2060 Super (or RX 5700) just fine.
This is just a couple games at 1080p ultra:

As you can see, these specific games have the 2060S hit the 120fps mark (just like the RX 5700, although some games prefer Nvidia). At 'high' instead of 'ultra' it will do even better.

In Windows 10 go to settings > update & security > backup

From there you can select what drive to use for backup and select which folders you want to backup. It's not fancy like Time Machine on macOS, but it's functional.

It says that the one I'm getting has no ram height limits at all, that's great, thanks for linking that guide, i somehow missed it on their website

This is what depth refers to.

Here's what you can find in the spec sheet.

Read through the RAM compatibility section, they have useful information there.

The combo won't take up more than 300W lol. They say 550W because they want to be safe from lawsuits in case you use a i9 9980XE overclocked or something ridiculous like that.

You wouldn't need more than 450W for this.

I'd get a high quality 450W over a lower quality 600W. Good options would be the Corsair CX450/550, be Quiet Pure Power 11 400W+, the Cooler Master MWE Gold or Rosewill Capstone.

For $30-40 you can get a decent cooler from BeQuiet like @Sorenson said, but only with silver heatsinks. If you want a black heatsink model I can personally vouch for the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Black Edition being a good buy at that price point.

Yes, 600W is way overkill for a ~250W PC... Assuming it's a somewhat decent PSU
