  1. i mean, i could spend $300-$400 if i needed too. i have a 165hz monitor and i only really play like overwatch and minecraft. right now i’m trying to saturate and have a constant 165hz and i was wondering if the extra 4 threads the i7 upgrade would help with that. i could upgrade but i don’t really want to spend more money than i need too
  2. Currently I'm running a i5-3570k and a 1660 super (both OC'd) and a 600w PSU. I'm looking to make an upgrade but I'm not sure if I should upgrade my CPU to a Intel Core i7-3770K and not have to worry about changing my cpu, mobo, and ram or if I should switch to a ryzen system (probably like a ryzen 3 3100) and have to change most of the system. which would give me the better performance for cheaper?
  3. So I built a system and it only shuts off during gaming. it doesn’t bsod or reboot, it fully shuts down and requires me to unplug the psu before restarting. I have conducted multiple stress test including prime95 and furmark at the same time for 6 hours and it works fine. I’ve completely changed ram as well as ran memtest86. I have completely reinstalled windows and it hasn’t fixed it. I am currently doing a scan on the hdd to check for bad sectors (I have had it for a while and maybe it’s just went bad?) I’m hoping it’s not the cpu or mobo. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am completely out of ideas. i5-3570k GA-Z77-DS3H Hyper 212 Evo Gigabyte RX 570 8gb 16gb ddr3 600w apevia psu Seagate 1tb hdd
  4. I haven’t adjusted or OC’d anything. voltage is on auto. It should get the juice it needs
  5. So this is a weird one and I am not sure how to fix it. Spec list: i5-3570k Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H 8gb of ddr3 Patriot 1600mz ram Gigabyte RX570 8gb 600w PSU So whenever I am gaming/Using a few applications my PC just full turns off and requires me to unplug my PC for a few moments before it will power back up. I have ran a furmark and a prime95 stress test at the same time and I didnt see temps above 70c and my PC did not shut off while on full load, I have ran memtest86 and saw no errors, I fresh installed windows and it still does it. I am not sure what do to or whats wrong. Any help would be nice,

  7. So my system randomly turns off randomly during games. even tho i have done multiple stress test and benchmarks. I don't believe that its the thermals because i never see anything above 80c. I feel like it could be the psu but i dont understand why it would only cut off during games if i have done multiple stress test and benchmarks. I have a 600w PSU as well as a i5-3570k as well as a rx 570 8gb. anyone got any ideas?
