    It could be unstable
If you want run memtest86 and OCCT to make sure that at least xmp is not the cause of this

I find it interesting, not particularly exciting, but it's an intriguing shot and vantage point.

Recently visited Dubai, and the constant abundance of pretty and highly intricate buildings makes it hard to pick one shot, but I like this particular shot of this unassuming building with it's blue accents.

It's with great pleasure that i announce my new Database that is hosted on Techpowerup Website.
It took me almost 2 years to successfully fill it, the project it's still in alpha stage, for the future we'll do a comparison page where you can compare side by side, not only drives, controllers, Dies, and so much more, but for now i'm just glad that we've done it.

    Any feedback is welcomed!

7/10 Nice views, slightly blown out skies and slight de-hazing can go a long distance.

Balcony picture from my trip to Spain, quite an old shot at this point but nevertheless, you can always appreciate how pretty these are!

Managing to freeze the action is really difficult with pets moving around constantly, plus a really pleasing composition.

Safer? Safer my f ing ass
You cannot kill hardware with low volt, only high volt, and even then deathzone for all modern silicon processes is still 2v+ (like insta die not degrading)

power limit is shittier than manual undervolt, you dont optimize the volt (curve) so still higher power consumption vs proper undervolt, you are NOT trading off stability but you ARE trading max clockspeed (usually well worth it since undervolt is really effective on newer cpus to lower power consumption, esp intel with retarded boards running 1.35v+ just for 5ghz when thats acheivable with <1.3v)

Safer in relation to system stability. If you don't do it well enough then stability will be compromised, hence why power limit is safer. Something being more effective doesn't mean it's safer and easier to do, it can certainly do a better job and have a better outcome when done well but that's not exclusively true always, where as a power limit won't do that (beyond extreme edge case of like setting it to 8W which I've never tried or seen anyone try)

this board is just bad, nothing like the atx version, doesn't have a heatsink and uses 25a mosfets iirc, unless you're building an athlon/apu build/ an office build, i wouldn't use it.

What Matters is the airflow through the case and how chocked up the front panel etc.

No, that is outright false with no merit to it. While being power hungry, the 5800X can still be powered by much cheaper boards.
If you're in an immediate need for a build, and are looking for a board, what's you're budget and currency? Otherwise though, if you could, you should wait and see what Zen 4 has to offer on a new platform (AM5) and if it's compelling/if Zen 3/2 CPUs drop down in price.
