No those lines I can see with my eyes (sorry didnt know what artifacting means). So it might be the memory chips?

Hi all! My 780 seems to have packed up. I would like to know if someone can tell my if its completely dead or can it be saved somehow? I have tried reinstalling drivers, trying different PCI-E slot. GPU: Gigabyte GV-N780OC-3GD. Thanks ALOT in advance!!
