Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive. The PC makes a weird buzzing noise when there's an input such as scrolling or pressing a key on the keyboard. The noise is not too loud, but in an empty and quiet room you can easily hear it. It also buzzes when under load sometimes. Such as running a game or opening an application which I found to be normal. But just when simply scrolling through reddit, it buzzes as I'm scrolling. If I stop scrolling, it stops buzzing. Here is the noise it makes: https://clyp.it/sceboftw Make sure to listen with headphones because the sound is muffled here and try to ignore the fans spinning noise. Starts around 0:05 then as you can hear me pressing a button on the keyboard, the noise starts. If I release a button, the noise stops. List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem. I checked if everything is plugged in correctly. I tried unplugging my headset, mouse, keyboard, ethernet cable and turning off my monitor. I checked the temperatures while running Cinebench, everything was normal. ~60°C on CPU scoring 4734, all cores running at ~4GHz. The noise also happens when the GPU isn't under heavy load and fans are not turning (low temperatures). Thanks for your suggestions, I'll definitely think about them. Regarding your Storage suggestion, I wouldn't like buying an HDD at the moment considering SSD's are kind of cheap. And I'm not the kind of person who keeps 10+ games on their PC. I mainly focus on 2-4 games so I don't see myself using more than 300 GBs of storage, but going with 512GB SSD would almost fill it up which I don't want to do. 3200mhz CL14 is roughly the same price as the 3600 CL16 I listed in my build. But 3200MHz CL16 is a lot cheaper (~50€). At least in the store I'm looking at (CaseKing).

I don't want to go above 1900€ because I still need to get a Monitor. I still can't decide if I'm going for 1080p 240hz or 1440p 144hz. Right now I'm more on the side of 240hz because I'm very competitive when it comes to gaming, I only play multiplayer games. I'm mostly going to play the new CoD: Modern Warfare and League of Legends, maybe some Rocket League. So your input on this would also be appreciated. I'm planning to wait for Black Friday but I'm unsure if this store will have discounts for Black Friday. I know it's kinda early but I want to do my research because I'm spending a lot of money on this. This year Black Friday is on 29th of November.
