Go for the 3060ti if you can find one for a good price. It's not going to cause issues with the 2600. I had the exact same spec as you for a year and worked fine. I then upgraded to a 5600 on the same asrock b450 pro4 and works fine.

Is there a gpu in the build? I can't see one, but maybe I'm blind. Is there isn't, the pc isn't worth more than $600.

you only need 850W if you go for a 3090. 750w for 3080, 650w for 3070 and 550w for 3060/ti

i wouldn't buy a tomahawk for 95, you can get b550 boards for that price. no need to overspend on that monster of a liquid cooler, no need to overspend on that overkill PSU and on the overkill SSD.

the 3600 would work better than the 2700 with that board

you'll need quite good case airflow to make sure the vrms on the motherboard don't overheat

for content creation go with the 2700

both the pro4 and bazooka are just better boards

what ram do you have? can you just enable docp?

the pro4 should be fine, the 3200g has been out for a long time, I imagine all 450 boards now ship with the correct bios. your initial bazooka is alsoo good if you want to be 100% sure it works out of the box.

are you going to use those 300g of thermal paste to slide off a slide made out of ram sticks?

i guess if they really really really want the h510, then they need a good cooler, like the one in my build. but I agree with you, the way to go is have a better airflow case and a cheaper air cooler, that's what I'd do for my build.

500w are enough for any nvidia XX60 series.
