Oof, I've been ignoring this problem for a long time now. So it isn't a problem with my PC? It's from the outlet? I've been using this very old AVR, not sure if thats the problem.

My PC case and whatever if connected to it is conducting electricity which is causing me to get shocked from time to time since my mic arm is metal and my earphones is also metal. Is there a way I can fix this? And also is it bad for my PC for it to be doing that?

Probably 40 - 60 fps would be fine in my opinion since the people who will be playing on the PC wouldn't know the difference.

I made a list for now, but I'm not sure if it's an OKAY list? mobo - Gigabye GA-A320M-S2H cpu - AMD Ryzen™ 3 2200G with Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics gpu - Galax GTX 1060 EXOC White 3GB psu : Raidmax 500watts, XT, PSU, pn: RX-500XT ram : 8gb ddr4 2666 Tforce Delta RGB case : Raidmax Neon Led, acrylic side, atx, black, 3x120mm I already have some left over hard drives so I think I won't be buying any of them. So yeah, I'm sorry in advance if I posted on the wrong thread, but I do appreciate the help.
