Opss I wanted to say it is not a monitor problem because you can capture this problem with recording program like Fraps and other recording programs. P.S You know what I mean right.

Another useless theory. I have Gigabyte motherboard, on my old PC motherboard was Asus and in 2010 year I had Asus too when first time I experienced this problem's in games. BUT I read on forums and YouTube that some people fixed their problem with new motherboard BUT people also reported that new PC build also had these problems too.

Driver problem that affects integrated graphics and somehow spread's on other OS and at random point decides to fuck up image quality in games and desktop too!? Guys stop with assumption's please!

Only theories nothing more on this topic. Maybe is this, maybe is that, maybe is something else, maybe is nothing and result is 142 pages and running without finding what is casue of this problem and without fix!

I'm still wating his response what he has done with dirty eletricity filter to test the theory about eletricity. @Meeseeks said on the Discord that he will buy a oscilloscope after quarantine in his country also to test eletricity theory. Everything is possibile right now but we need to test this possibility.

I had changed the PSU but after I bougth 1060 GPU but that neither solved the problem for me. I had wroted milion times what happend for me. This topic is on loop like broken record without finding a real cause and without a real fix.

For me first time when I saw this kind of problems the trigger was GPU driver installation but some months later my GPU died, second time the trigger was new GPU upgrade from MSi Twin Froz 7870 to Gigabyte WIndforce 1060 3GB.

So you guys are saying that problem is caused by GTA 5? That mean GTA 5 is was released in 2010 year, the same year that I first encounter this kind of problems ( low LOD, jagged edges, texture shimmering etc ) with games? As my memory serves me well GTA 5 was released in 2013 year not in 2010. Second time when I encounter ( sadly again back in 2019. year after new GPU installation) this kind of problem there on my system were only two games without GTA 5.
