Unfortunately no, though that would be an interesting situation. I just kinda forgot to take a picture with the cpu in the socket... But I like that story more so lets go with that.

So, on my week break I went back to my old house and guess what I found. and the sketchy looking PSU that came with it (maybe it wasn't actually sketchy,but I've not heard of them) First thing I pulled was this thingymagic. Here's the floppy (at least i think it's floppy) dusty little bugger. Standard I/O Sorry for crappy photos, Im too poor people to have a DSLR or be competent to operate one

Why in the world can't my system play GTA V @ 60 fps...

GTA is pretty decently ported from what I heard. Options past x2MSAA and the advance graphics like High res shadows cripple performance though. Even SLI 980 can be pushed down to 60fps @'1080p'iirc.OP try completely uninstalling gpu drivers and reinstalling them. -

i agree with @cesrai. We're enthusiasts, or else people wouldn't do water cooled, sleeving and all them good stuff since the price to performance is pretty crap.
