    Has it always been loud or has it just begun? If so the thermal paste may have dried out and require to be repasted. Does it have the latest divers and control software? Is it possible to tweak the fan curves to make it quieter? If you are looking of a replacement cooler the NZXT Kraken G12 may help and is compatible with most AMD/ NVidia cards, however could be a bit overkill.

    You need a 12v rgb connector on your motherboard. Your motherboard I think has 1 x 4 pin rgb connector, but check the manual. You may not need a rgb/fan controller if you have enough headers on your motherboard. The quote is from the quick start guide pdf, You can find the full guide with diagrams here.     Desktop replacement for what? A laptop with those components will not be able to compare with what even an entry level desktop for $1600. intel hd 620 graphics will not be enough performance especially compared to other desktop replacement class laptops such as the area 51 m

    Invision community might be one to check out as it is what this forum runs on, I believe that host gator is also quite good and has ssl certificates for software i would be inclined towards mybb or bbPress purchasing the software and the server separately may allow for more flexibility and better solution to your needs

    Just be aware that due the amount of extra stuff in the laptop you may be restricting airflow over the other components. VRMs, Ram and chipset sometimes just need a little bit of airflow for cooling and longevity.

    I believe that the question is: Is using other peoples blueprints in engines such as unreal or unity, to make your own game, considered cheating? My question is? Whose rules are you breaking in order to cheat?

    it is real time as i have previously downloaded this https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/city-subway-train-modular and it runs well as long as tou spend about an hour compiling all the lighting, however after that it runs fine on my laptop with a gtx960 at around 50fps
