did anyone ever figure out this issue? or is gta just doomed??? i have a great oc on my cpu at 4.8ghz on a 6 and 12 core xeon cpu and a vega 64 and im having the exact same issue. 24gb of physical ddr3 mem at 1300mhz. every single other game i have functions amazing. i play brand new AAA titles and never dip below 60 fps and usually hold around 70 to 100 in 2k resolution. super hectic action can cause dips into the 60's but gta is just abysmal. its only using 60 percent of my gpu but the clocks are set to about half of what they should be. so technically thats like 20 percent of the card. i have everything maxed out except msaa and advanced graphics. in the benchmark i hit 100fps or more hahaha and the card goes full throttle hitting 1600mhz core clock and 1050mhz mem clock. but online it drops to 900mhz core clock and 500 to 800 mhz mem clock. way too low. any info would be much appreciated =D
