Thanks for the response. I hope to take this order off hold. He totally misunderstood my reply yesterday. I clearly told him don't stop the order and to ship if the other cables are done since no one will see this sata power cable in a dual chamber case. I guess there's just a communication breakdown. i would hate to wait a day or 2 for a response and they still don't get shipped. I assume the orange/red @cablemod thing in your reply auto tags them? Thanks for the help

I have been emailing cablemods back and forth. I have added a cable to my order and they contacted me 2 days after I sent a request to add a cable. The gentlemen was great and refunded me the shipping. I realized a client I'm building for miscalculated the SATA power that was needed and I contacted Joe to add it if it wouldn't hold up the order. He replied the next day and I immediately answered, but it took another whole day for him to respond back. It seems there is a 1 email a day policy. It's hard to get stuff done like that. Is there a number to call? I searched the internet and can't find anything. Email sucks when it's 1 email response per day
