I'm trying to overclock my gpu, do you know any reasons why Kombustor would throw up an error message? Thanks!!

So I downloaded kombustor and afterburn, but I can't get kombustor to run. it's the newest version and I just built my computer today (9/28/2019). can anybody help me with this?
