Hi, I have encountered a problem where I change my windows settings ex: background apps off and the next time I reboot those settings are reverted and not saved. I tried to find a solution but could'nt i would appreciate any help Thanks.

So im trying to run fortnite at 240fps while streaming and I need recommendations on what I should upgrade of my system my system specs: ryzen 5 2600 @3.7GHz (stock cooler) asrock b450m hdv r4.0 motherboard 16 gb ddr4 2400mhz(planning to upgrade to 3200mhz CL16) zotac gtx 1060 3gb mini 500W psu (should be able to handle GPU upgrade) i'm thinking the best upgrade is a GTX 1660 SUPER or a RTX 2060 for the streaming capability thanks for your help

so I have the Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0 motherboard and I am trying to connect a back case fan the arctic F8 PWM fan and it's not spinning when connected to cha_fan1 or cha_fan2 i'm pretty new to computing and I'm not sure if there are any settings I need to enable in bios or the fan is not compatible with the motherboard. Any help is appreciated.THANKS
