Is Corsair TX-M Series TX650M a good PSU for me?

You think it can handle a 2060 super? Currently I'm running a 1060 6GB.

To be honest I don't know what PSU I have. But I will soon upgrade to the RTX 2060 Super. I think my PSU is 450 or 500 watt. Is that enough? or upgrade?

Yeah a 1660 Ti is pretty good actually. I don't really need an upgrade right now but I'm talking 2 - 3 months after.

Budget : 450 euro max and resolution 1080p. I don't intend to upgrade my resolution yet because I don't really need it at the moment (unpopular opinion, I know). And framerates 85-90
