i got the boot kit from amd for my ab350 gaming 3 motherboard and the lights in the corner are are flashing between cpu and dram it stil will not boot

i did make sure to use the correct hdmi port

iv put it together n nothing displays i think its because the bios is out of date

if the computer does not recognize my cpu will it display anything? should it work straight out of the box my build is ab350 gaming 3 ryzen 5 2600 2 sticks of 4gb ram gtx 1050ti evga 700 br 80+ bronze power supply its all brand new
