hey, im looking for a laptop for content creation on the go. im willing to spend 2-3K euros on this laptop, and will use it for mostly After Effects/Premiere and 3D modeling. What options do i have?

I'm planning on selling the CPU/MB combo to fund some of that budget. I might actually make a server out of that, have enough parts laying around to build something. I'ts definitely decent but not really good compared to usual high end perfomance nowadays. I'm also probably gonna go with Intel, since I guess its better on the high end? Idk if thats still true, you guys know better here.
