Cause when I got that NVME I was hella lazy and didnt feel like going through that process. The only reason I upgraded my boot drive is cause the ssd I was using was from 2015 and only 128gb

About 5 months ago I got a new ssd (WD Blue SA510 SATA) fresh installed windows and everything had been fine. For the past 3 weeks my PC has been killing itself. I'll turn it on, and its fast to boot but once I get to my desktop it just starts dying. Everything is extremely slow to work, firefox will freeze, programs will randomly minimize and reopen, programs will take forever to startup, even hitting the windows icon or Ctrl+Alt+Del will be slow when trying to restart. I've checked my task manager to see if there is anything out of the ordinary ran a malware removal tool ran memtest ran crystal disk updated all drivers / windows updates After 30 or so minutes it'll act normal. I have a video attached for an example of what the cursor does I assume that I picked a crap drive and this is what I get for trusting WD blindly instead of researching first. Any ideas? Yes i have been watching via MSI afterburner and every time I encountered the heavy stutter my GPU clock has reduced . Dark Souls is worse than R6. DS3 goes from 1300 to 300 and R6 goes from 1300 to 500/600. Both of these happen in the main menu and in game.

When playing DS3 and R6 my GPU clock speeds are being halved when playing. I have spent multiple days trying to figure this out with minimal success. I have: Installed both games on multiple different drives to see if that would solve anything but to no avail(NVME m.2, SATA SSD, and HDD), verified the integrity of game files on steam, disabled discord overlay, stopped all instances of google chrome and firefox, used DDU to reinstall drivers, fresh installed windows and switched to my old GPU (rx 580 8gb). The only troubleshooting that has made an actual impact has been disabling ULPS which has made me keep the clock speeds from dropping for about 15 seconds. As of now I am using my 580 and sent my rtx 2070s in for an RMA, but since I am having the same issues on this card if I can fix them on this card I can do the same on my 2070 when it returns. GPU temps are at 67-69C, my bios is on the latest version, and my psu is a 600W or 650W 80+. Video Example

Basically the title. Running a Gigabyte b450 aorus pro wifi. When going into the bios the option to mess with frequency is greyed out. I messed with the power setting and got the cpu to 3.3 when it was originally staying at 3.2. Im on the bio right before agesa 1.0.0.4. So idk if that has anything to do with it. I would like to not have to update the bios if at all possible. Thanks

I have a: Ryzen 3600 Rx 580 8gb 16gbs of 3000 Corsair lpx ram And a b450 a pro Mobo Now with these specs I was able to get a constant 300 frames then some updates happened and now for what seems like a couple weeks I've been stuck at 150fps and lower. I already have all my settings set to the best optimized ones, have Radeon chill off, have the fps cap off. I have no idea why this is happening. And then on top of that my monitor won't go to 75hz anymore. I made a custom resolution and everything and it won't show up in the display settings of my monitor. If you can help I would be so appreciative.
