    Wouldn't really recommend that DRAM-less SSD.
    I'll recommend Silicon Power A80, Sabrent Rocket, PNY XLR8 CS3030 instead.
    16gb 3600mhz cl16 ram from gskill can be had for cheaper than the kit that you have selected.

    Stock cooler does a fine job, but if your budget permits then you can get DRP4.

    for 1500$ i dont think your going to get that. the cpu alone i believe is like 550$. amotherboard that supports "lots" of Hard drives would be like 250$+ assuming a lot to you means 10 sata plugs, that much ram would be 400$+, m.2 would be 100-150$+, cooler could be 100$ if you get a good one, e.t.c
