For office use yes, for gaming not good.

    Why for gaming isnt good?
Not too upgradable and too slow:
The best cpu in that socket is an i7-4770 which is...well...decent but not that good tbh
The case is fully SFF (Small Form Factor) which means no rtx 4090 for you, and actually it uses low profile type of graphics cards, and for an rtx 4090, you would need a bigger wattage power supply, in which your case is like 240-250-260w which isnt enough...not even for a low profile rtx 4060.

For that money...at least buy a big form factor computer, or just save up more if you are patient enough.

Is there really any need to rival Rtings.com? They seems to have a good standard for reviewing displays and some other PC parts, not to mention some home appliances.
In case of monitors it seems like quite an ordeal to compete with their reviews.

honestly they wouldn't be for most people but I think I'm the only person who'd actually use them. For some reason, a headset just gives me annoyance and earbuds without silicone ear tips hurt my ears after 20 mins (and my earbuds with ear tips are bluetooth which are quite bad with my pc at least since it's 4.2)

That's why I took it into account since I would personally use it (which is why I really want to replace my old samsung monitor, but also that the smearing on it is atrocious)
as stated above by me, it was mostly in my opinion, and people do use them, but I do understand that they're not that valuable to other people as they are to me

I mostly gave alternatives since I couldn't find the acer on german pcpp, doesn't mean it's not there for germany tho. I didn't look that hard

People can be paranoid, especially when they're new at something. It's better to put their mind at ease with explanations versus just telling them something. It also helps educationally so they can make better decisions themselves.

It's better to have it in the middle IMO, so totally fine. Cable is also good. That insulation will be able to reach 180 degrees F before anything catastrophic happens, The temperature won't get that high ever, so it's totally fine.

You boot from the installer USB, it'll see the blank drive as unpartitioned/free space, you select that and continue, and it formats as GPT and makes all 3 partitions it wants on its own.

All good, yah for new disks added to an existing install then yes you need to format in Windows though and add a drive letter as you said🙂

    Noted.

The installer usually needs to be on one form or another during installation or am I remembering wrong again? As you can't choose GPT or MBR during installation?
Though if they come GPT from factory there is no reason to worry anyway.

Edit (again): if the disk is in MBR, then this might help:

They are installing Windows fresh, you don't need any of this to do that.

Set it to either GPT or MBR partitioning type I think is needed. GPT far superior (modern), MBR is not advised, only for compatibility with ancient systems.
Can do it in disk management in Windows tools, or in some 3rd party tool like Minitool Partition Wizard or something like it.

Click "Preferences" and look around in the window that appears.

If you still don't find anything, you can disable startup applications from Task Manager or MSCONFIG.
