  1. I'm in St. Pete so I'll be feeling it right along with you.
  2. 1050ti and under a thousand dollars. https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GL62M-7RE-407-Performance-i5-7300HQ/dp/B01N6L9R75/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1503637543&sr=8-3&keywords=1050ti%2Blaptop&th=1 If you really want a razer blade then check ebay, but like suggested here, I'd go with something else. Used with a 1060 for under 1400 http://www.ebay.com/itm/MSI-GS63VR-STEALTH-PRO-15-6in-Notebook-Customized-/162643109205?epid=228256853&hash=item25de48e555:g:PIkAAOSwaBZZnZsy
  3. Yes there is plenty of room in the dock for a screen protector. People are saying the dock causes scratches on the screen so they make a cloth cover to go over it which looks dumb. I just put the soft side of velcro on the rails on the inside of the dock (the things that are causing the scratches) and haven't had an issue.
  4. The last single player game I played to completion was Fallout 4. Before that it was... I honestly don't remember, maybe Resident Evil 5 (which was bad) and before that I couldn't tell you. I mostly play online multiplayer games. That being said... breath of the wild is sick. I bought a switch just to play this game and I love it. I love the switch as a console but this game, even if on the Wii U is totally worth it.
  5. I'm confused, are you reviewing a product or are you reviewing the USPS?
  6. This is perfect for hipsters that want to show of their triple titan x build that they use to play minecraft with vsync on.
  7. LTT are the kings of half assing tech.
  8. Oh I was asking more for the display portion of the build, I already have a pc. If I do anything to the pc I'm going to get a new motherboard and another titan x but the rest is solid. I'm considering getting another screen to go above the tripple wide but it's totally overkill, just looking for opinions. This is my setup now, just imagine a 70 inch above these, that's what I want to do. Also that glass desk under the displays will be gone once I mount shelfs behind them and can hid everything. There won't be any cables hanging down at all when I'm done. I'm still waiting on parts from amazon.
  9. Hello everyone, I'm looking for some different perspectives on a quad monitor setup. I just picked up 3 displays with wall mounts and was thinking of adding another display above them but I don't really know what I would use it for. I already use the left for a chat, right for a video and middle for gaming. I've thought that I could use them in an nvidia surround setup but pushing 3 way 4k is super hard and I would need to rebuild my pc and even then I would not get a solid framerate. The alternative is to play in 3 way 1080p and use the above display for videos or my secondary pc. I'm also curious if there is a macro for enabling and disabling nvidia surround. I'm pretty sure I used to do that with my AMD setup a couple of years ago but I haven't had a surround setup yet.
  10. I'm not sure about the MSI but the other two I would avoid. I've been researching the latest gen of laptops a lot lately and alienware and razer both are having horrible QC issues right now. Alienware apparently used wood glue as thermal paste so that's an easy fix but I don't think you should have to repaste your cpu and undervolt just to make it run normally. The razer thermal throttles pretty bad, not acceptable when you consider the price tag. I'd go MSI or Aorus at this moment or just wait and see what else comes out.
  11. My dog approves of this build. His name is Professor Hubert Farnsworth the Third.
  12. Yes. 99% of shotguns don't have magazines. You found one option that does, which also isn't the one that OP is looking at.
  13. Shotguns don't have magazines. Also, Kel Tec sucks. Don't buy it.
  14. I get what you're saying, I just wanted you to be aware it takes two power supplies that are massive. The first gen only had one brick so it's easy to assume the same from the new one. If you get it please update this thread, I'd love to get your opinion once you have it. I've been looking at a used first gen titan gt80 for pretty cheap.
  15. Just an FYI the new titan uses dual power supplies. I really wanted the first gen titan for the mechanical keyboard but the price set me off of it. The new one is even more expensive and uses two huge bricks to power the sucker. Keep that in mind when thinking about portability.
  16. Thanks for the input. I still don't know what I want but the more I think about it the less I want either of those two machines. I was looking at the GS73vr but the 1060 seems weak to me. I'll have to check it out in store sometime. I'll look at the clevo, looks like a pretty good price for the hardware.
  17. Have you owned either? I always hear how this would be too big and heavy or how razer is shit but 90% of the time it's be people that have never owned the product. The titan is going to be heavy, but it's a monster. I would rather have the blade but I'm stuck in this mentallity that I'm not going to like the Titan because it's too big and heavy or I'm going to get the blade and it's going to break and not be warrantied. I've never owned an MSI product other than my current motherboard, but I have owned lots of razer stuff. I had a really bad experience with the Razer edge tablet thing and still remember that so I'm holding out on getting the razer blade. If I'm completely honest I want the blade pro but the price is just crazy. I still might get it but at that point I could get the brand new titan but the new titan has two power supplies so I just think it's silly. All I want is a decently powerful laptop that I can play Rainbow Six Siege on. I've checked out all the laptops out currently and I just think the blade 14 and the titan gt80 are my two best options. The titan would replace my desktop easily and would fit me better I think. The blade is just so nice and portable though, just couldn't compete with my desktop. I don't travel much but when I do I'm stuck without any games to play so I think a laptop is the answer, just don't know which one. I've looked at MSI's super light razer blade competitor and it looks okay but the blade just looks much nicer.
