Don't charge over 80% to minimize charge cycle wear. Don't run to 0% battery. Don't try to start up if the battery might be drained out. General li-ion battery care.
I don't think fast charging is a problem at lower levels, but I'm no expert

also ask the nieghbors if you can about issues. That will give you a reasonble idea if it drops out a lot.

I agree with asking the neighbors. If the internet cuts out at times, that's not something that you will notice in a 5 minute test, but something the neighbors can let you know about.

you could put the address into  ISP websites and see what sort of speeds are available in your area

No, its 1.2V rating is for settings before enabling XMP, which is something from 2133MHz to 2666MHz. Extra voltage is not a problem

I am wondering if I will run into any problems with upgrading from 8gb of ram to 16gb of ram. I have the older model of hyperx ddr4 ram (c18 1.2v 3200Mhz) and am wondering if I will run into any issues from buying 8gb of their newest c16 1.35v ram to go with it or should I look for a 1.2v (as the oringal models price cost more than buying 16gb of new ddr4 3200mhz ram). Have a ryzen 5 3600 if anyone was wondering

    HI,

So i've just finished building my new computer, but i feel like my temps are too high : it reached 50°C when i launched steam the only thing i did before was browsing the internet.

As for thermal paste i've put a "grain of rice" on my CPU maybe it comes from here?

My CPU cooler : Cryorig H7 plus
    Motherboard : B450 Aorus Elite

Edit : When i touch my cooler it's cool even if the cpu just reach 50°C, is it normal?

Before this setup i had the same cooler but with an AMD fx-8350 and the cooler was a bit warm, that's why i'm thinking it might be weird

Ok so i've run a stress test with AIDA64engineer, i've reach an average temperature of 74°C and a peek at 81°C.

I'm really worried about my temperature because i had a AMD FX-8300 with the same cooler and it rarely reach 50°C even while gaming. And FX-8300 has the TDP of 95W, same as my current Ryzen 5 3600X. And now i sometimes reach 50°C just by browsing the net.

    Update

Ok so i've just installed Ryzen Master and it says that my CPU temperature about 10°C cooler than what SIV from my motherboard says.

Is there an explanation or my computer is going to explode?

By the way thanks for all the answers
