My computer has been lagging and stuttering ever since I built it 1 and a half years ago. I decided to see what the problem was and got latencymon. I downloaded it, and it turns out that ntoskrnl.exe has a DPC latency of 237728.598611 . Sometimes, dxgkrnl.sys also like to join the party, with high ISR routine execution time. I've tried installing new network drivers, nvidia drivers, and clean install of windows, to no avail. I'm getting desperate now, to the point where I might just try to sell off what I can and build a new system. I've replaced the ram, mobo, tried iGPU, and took out the WiFi adapter. I've already tried many other forum posts, but none of them worked. Anyone know whats up?
