  1. I took the advice of these influencers and bought a Sapphire 5700XT Pulse and boy do I regret it. The problem is the influences only test once and give their results and views which is fair enough. I've had mine since November 2019 and had nothing but black screen crashes in every game I play since and never been able to resolve it. I so wish I had bought an Nvidia 2070 for just 40 quid more. Nvidia is not the top manufacturer of graphics cads for no reason. I know this is an old thread but someone will search the forum for 5700XT and I think they should be aware that a decision should be based on more than just which card is fastest and cheapest, reliability makes a huge difference. Yes I know other factors may be behind the problem however in the past I've always followed the manufacture with a reputation for reliability and never had these problems. That is why in the near future I believe Intel will reign supreme again.
  2. This not my field but I know my nephew did some programming and he used Amazon web services for compiling the large programs for his university degree. I don't think it costs much at all. He is a student and pretty tight with cash anyway.
  3. I got that from the QVL of the MSI GAMING PLUS AMD X570 which lists the none Ryzen Tuned as Samsung and on the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus QVL it lists the Ryzen Tuned as Micron.
  4. Hi there and thanks in advance for any advice and help. I am building a new pc since my last is now 10 years old. I've got a bit of a dilemma in which I have already purchased 2x16GB ram modules (Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Black 32GB 3200 MHz - CMW32GX4M2C3200C16). The problem I have is the motherboard I originally had for these modules (MSI GAMING PLUS AMD X570) I am returning and now intend to purchase another (ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus). The ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus however doesn't list the memory on its QVL. It does however list a very similar part number CMW32GX4M2Z3200C16 which is sold as Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Black 32GB 3200 MHz AMD Ryzen Tuned DDR4. I'm wondering if I should return what I have and swap it for the Ryzen Tuned or not worry and use what I have. I believe the one I have has a Samsung 5WB chipset but the Ryzen Tuned one has a Micron chipset. The specs on the manufacturers page (links provided) does show that they both have different SPD latency and speed not sure what this would mean though. If anyone is interested the rest of my build is: Ryzen 3700X NZXT Kraken X62 ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus Sapphire 5700XT Pulse ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB M.2 FRACTAL DESIGN Meshify C (white) EVGA 750 GQ (From old PC)
