  1. So I bought a Redragon K550 Yama. I downloaded the software and It was working for awhile till one day it just stopped, the issue is that it wont open. I have tried every solution I could find on the internet. It seems no one else has my issue. I have uninstalled/re-installed the drivers, Tried updating it, completely deleting the software and re-installed it, running it in compatibility mode in win7 and win8. Even tried a sometype of console thing. If anybody knows something I can try I would appreciate it, I cant use any of my F keys because I wasnt finished setting the macros the software stopped working.

  4. I can get the mobo for about 400$. Those zeons tho are a bit hard to get where i live unless im willing to get some from china... And raid cards hmm. Those are for redundants right? This seems sort of simple enough its just putting together a normal pc almost. And what software should i be using to run this server? Are there some youtube tutorials to make sure i set everything up correctly??
  5. Storage amount - unknown. He just said enough to last awhile. So im guessing at least 50TB. Client # - At least a dozen. Budget depends aslong as the price matches the value.
  6. So my father tasked me with the job of setting up a server for his work. he said that its a small office so doesnt need to be the best. But i dont know alot about servers. So i turn to you guys for some help. I would like scalability and also redundants would be nice. But i am having trouble figuring out what to go with. Should i get a rack with some server boxs like linus? but thats to expensive for a small business its not very cost effective. So i thought a NAS but will that be enough? How will i set it up for dozens of people? I thought a network switch? But again im not to familiar with all this. The reason im doing this is because my dad thinks im some computer/server nerd. Computer nerd. YES. Server nerd? No. Buut i thought hey it shouldnt be very hard why not do it? But im stuck.
  7. LOL that sounds FUN! But sadly i dont own a gun and i do plan on using it haha
  8. Really? That sucks... So no way to just like nuke it? lol
  9. I have an HDD that i would like to use as a external storage but i dont know how to erase all the data on it effectively. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
  10. Thanks to everyone who replied and helped me out! You guys are awesome!
  11. This seems a lot easier than tearing out the display to connect it to a small board. I will try this out thanks bro!
  12. So this will require me to tear out the monitor from the chassis?
