Do the PCIE extension cables cause any lag / latency during gaming? For competitive first person shooters for example.

I like the additional fan/radiator options on the O11 Air. I saw something about changing out the front intake filter on a GamersNexus video. What do you suggest?

I heard a rumor that the vertical mounting kits introduce lag in first person shooter games, is this true ? If it's not going to cause delays or affect performance than I'm all for it. I believe this case actually comes with some kind of bracket for vertical mounting, and then I might have to purchase a connector? I don't know much about the vertical mounts.

Will the EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER FTW3 HYBRID GAMING fit inside the Lian Li PC-O11 Air? I am worried that the tubing will get in the way of closing the side panel, and even if it fits, will cause too much pressure on the tubing for the AIO cooler. It seems like there may be only 20mm for the AIO tubing to come out and around, between the edge of the actual card dimensions and the case side panel. Is that enough? I all ready ordered both of these parts for my new build. Now I'm getting nervous about the GPU dimensions because I don't think they included the tubing coming out of the GPU.
