  1. Hi! So.. I've got a recuring problem with a build. It's kinda.. Tricky. So build seems to work fine until it needs to render multiple screen use (by fe. discord screen share) If i use it, while having (for example) open web browser + vs Studio + program from it+ spotify, the mouse starting lagging... Hard. All output is reraouted to APU, but no matter the Video route results is the same. In addition it's seems like My freesync monitor (IIyama G-Master G2530HSU ) is not deteced ?_? by APU (screen connected to motherboard DisplayPort) The problem recuring During games where instead of mouse lags (or even with sometimes) it can (with only recording and 1 game open) hang for 2 sec with sound and video output, and go back to normal. For god know how long... sometiems Performace drops for longer but nothing more. I don't know the reason, and i'm thinking about sending CPU to AMD, for check. But.. It also could be Motherboard or PSU.. And idk what to do.. Nothing is overclocked. Please help.I freshly built it ;-; after 4 years.. I don't want fo it tu burn down or just died from spark or something. EDIT1: I used Many tips like disabling scroling from inactive window., some register edits, but nothing seems to affect it... Specs: CPU and APU: ryzen 5700G GPU : GTX 760 msi Motherboard: Aorus B550 Pro-p rev(1.0) OS: Windows 10 Education N ver.21H2 Edit RAM: Crucial Balistix Max gaming Memory 4400mhz cl19(freshly bought) PSU: Corsair Hx750
  2. I've got in my hands on Kingstone Fury 32gb (2x16) cl 18 3600 mhz. Same problem it didn't change a thing.
  3. True. I will check this theory by borowing ram from a friend. But still it's strange that it happens when load on Ram is less than 8GB And the described problem exists only when i'm using GTX760 (dual monitor or single). To test that i disconected all monitors from gpu and conected to Motherboard output - No issue. At least one Connected to GPU and lags begins
  4. Patriot Viper Elite, DDR4, 32 GB, 2400MHz, CL15 but only 1 so it's 16
  5. Hi everyone! From The start sorry for english i am not a native speaker. Now after disclaimer to the point. Load on both GPU (AMD APU 5700G and gtx 760) is on 4-5% when blender and discord share is opened. In that moment mouse starts to lag. The problem does not apear on only AMD, but it appears on 760. The funny fact is, that during playing games until i have not opened few windows under the game, the problem does not appear. Temps does not change (32-50 Celsius HW monitor) I chekced 2 other things like Ram or CPU stresstest - non of them have shown any problems. (no errors in results from Memorytestx86 and Prime). This is fresh install with newest AMD and Nvidia drivers Specs: CPU and APU: ryzen 5700G GPU : GTX 760 msi Motherboard: Aorus B550 Pro-p rev(1.0) OS: Windows 10 Education N ver.21H2 Edit RAM: Patriot Viper Elite, DDR4, 32 GB, 2400MHz, CL15 but only 1 so it's 16
  6. Noted I will buy gpu somewhere around January. Normally i would have whole money collected, but due to my laptop literally melting i speed up the process to the extent of this budget.. About RAM.. Hmm True. 8GB per system is not efficient, especially because Ryzen is Memory Bounded (if we are talking about performance + APU + VM). I was planning to buy 16 for now and later sold it to my friend who from time to time is building some pc to sold, and knowing me and my use it shouldn't be that bad. Same goes with PSU: I know that for mini-itx i need sfx, but due to now limited budget, i'm going to do this in January.. And i think i found the motherboard: MSI B450I GAMING PLUS MAX WIFI and MSI MAG B550M MORTAR...This is mini -itx vs macroatx. thx to that it leaves me with But still not sure which one.
  7. Hmm.. true i don't have pcie 4.0 so it worthles. So the only advantage of 550 is eventually Wifi 6... Maybe i will do it with 2 drives but i will decide that later ;-; Still this motherboard doesn't have wifi so it's kinda a problem. but what about this mini-itx ASRock B550M-ITX/ac? BTW : To be honest.. I don't know why but love torturing myself ;-; I spend 2 years on arch playing with nvidia drivers. In adition i've got broken motherboard in laptop with 3 melted transistors. Still it works, but.. welp.. And my first self built computer died because the PSU i was using 2 years (old corsair) burn down my mother board + gpu (it was .4 years ago xD).. Soo... Welp.. I think i love torturing myself.
  8. Budget (including currency): 550$ )used 300$ Country: Poland Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: For now light gamig (lol, dota2, dead by daylight etc.) + davincii resolve Other details Have: Ryzen 7 5700g ( i will explain why), PSU: Corsair HX750i Now the idea. For now i'm building Just a kinda budget pc - I don't have enough money for full fledge build, but also i need something to use. But the goal is actually to build, during next 4 months a small computer that can use 2 OS at the same time at the same time (via gpu passthrough and virtualization) on linux To be able of doing so, my idea was simple - i need at least 8/16 processor, for virtualization second OS. But there was also a problem: To do so it require additional gpu/apu. And i know - i can just dual boot, but that's not my goal. Why linux of all? Please.. you need to ask? Just love... and i am masochist so also arch xD That's why I bought AMD Ryzen 7 5700g - It allows me to build the idea with only 1 aditional gpu and using before buying one - what is crucial in budget/power build during times, when selling kidney is not enough to get gpu, and we want to talk about 2 of them.. NAAAAH. It also allows me to use mini-itx if i really want something small. Why? During holidays or bigger "events", i want to come back to my family. And that lasts for almost 1-2 weeks if that happens, i am without way of playing/streaming (yes.. you can laugh about it) / and working. So i was thinking about something compact.. Reaally compact.. Why not laptop? Price + reparability (oaky there is framework) + f*** connection between the gpu and apu.. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO FIND A LAPTOP IN A GOOD PRICE, TO USE GPU PASSTROUGH? With dual? Now i'm lookin' for the remaining 250$ i need 2 things - RAM and Motherboard...(i know i would need another PSU but that later) And the second one is tricky. It's still fight between mini-itx and micro-atx, cause backup pci-e port... is a lot... I would love to have micro-atx in smallest possible case, but i know it will be kinda impossible. It's also hard to decide which model should i buy Soo can you help me? I'm looking for good motherboard + good ram, within the ramaining budget of 250$ Also - if you have any other suggestion i would love to hear it, like gpu, cases, small PSU (and skip the laptop part please) EDIT::Fight between mini-itx base: MSI B450I GAMING PLUS MAX WIFI micro-atx base MSI MAG B550M MORTAR
  9. ITS ONLY IDEA RIGHT NOW (and sorry for bad English) Hello Everyone! Here's a thing. I've got my father old 27 inch IMac 2012. I hate apple company, but it doesn't change a fact that their All -in-one Computers looks great. Anyway let's go back to the topic. So as you may know, IMac from 2012 have a common issue with... GPU. It could burn itself down because of malfuctions of motherboard after something between 2-3 years. Of course, you may find working IMac from 2012 that never burned up, but not this time. For my misfortune, same problem ocured with this one so I can't use it as second screen. I don't like throwing things away and I love design of it. So the idea pops up. Why can i not build a standalone monitor? --OR-- Buit my own All-in-One. ( either way I need to do first idea) And here's a problem. IMac ( or I will be using word money bag) have connection ONLY to motherboard, so controller is on it. I don't even know, is that standalone controller for this screen even exist. I was looking, but i couldn't find anything like that. If i want to go to my second step, it's going to be harder: 1. Holes and ports. If i will use it as all-in-one i need to: -change ports from 2.0 to 3.1 /3.2 -make holes for ports like HDMI, DPORT and audio. 2. Screen as a case opening = bad idea or badly done. Srsly.. I hate this "safety" and "warranty" feature of my money bag. I think of a way to have really simple opening. Like rails in drawer or additional screen protector form the inside, with some hook or something, to get this off easily for future upgrade for example. 3. Space, Power Supply and heat. I know I can use miniITX and heatsink from producer, but what's with power supply? Which GPU should I put to not overheat my computer? For sure I'm planning to use AMD Processor with their heatsink Like Ryzen 5 3gen For motherboard GIGABYTE B450 I Aorus Pro So here I am - begging for some help, because I want to use this thing. + I think it's could be nice idea for even future video, but it's only a dream.
