  1. I have a weird problem and I'm not entirely sure what to do. Recently I switched to the X570 platform with a RYZEN 5 3600X on an MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi motherboard, and shortly after that I swapped the system from a Silverstone RL06 to an NZXT H700. The computer works fine, except every so often I get the "USB Controller does not have enough resources" warning message. Now, whenever I plug certain things in they just don't work. Specifically, I have a Samsung BAR 32 GB flash drive, an Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver and an Xbox One Wireless Receiver that just don't work when I plug them in to any of my USB ports, whether they're on the motherboard or the front panel. Windows doesn't show them, I don't get the connection sound, nothing. Running Windows 10 Pro on the latest update. I started experiencing this problem a few days before the error message showed up, and the error message doesn't pop up very consistently at all. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, reinstalling Windows via Fresh Start, troubleshooting through Windows, unplugging other devices, among other things. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
