Bizzare reacted to startrek03 in Spray painting monitor arm?
You could always hide it with decorative objects. Maybe you have speakers or something similar in front.

The paint will also just flake off immediately when moving the arm around.

The main reason you wouldn't want to do that is because sliding the monitor arm up and down the pole is going to be more difficult.

Bizzare got a reaction from jumbo9i0 in DO these AIO need maintenance?
No they shouldn't need maintenance, but you should definitely dust out the rad after a few months, cuz they get real dusty. Most if not all AIO's do not need maintenance other than dusting, it's only really open loops that need proper maintenance, in fact you will void the warranty if you open the AIO.

Bizzare reacted to steelo in Rgb fusion 2.0 question
Yeah, unfortunately it's a mess. I was finally able to get the RGB to remain on although it was stuck on orange. Everything was working fine until I downloaded RGB Fusion, then the RGB just stopped working altogether. Initially, I downloaded RGB Fusion just so I was able to change the color.
It even somehow conflicted with my temperature sensors making my computer think it was overheating when it wasn't
I think in the RBG Fusion folder there is a really sketchy config file called LEDON...it's been awhile, but that's how I was able to toggle the RGB on and off...it was ghetto fabulous. Thankfully, I upgraded my Gigabyte RX 570 to a XFX RX 5700 and don't have to mess with Gigabytes crap software any longer.
I'm sure Gigabytes RGB software is just as bad for MB's...

I used it about a month ago and it was still horrendous conflicting with other software and generally just sucking.

Bizzare reacted to Jurrunio in HDD question
Yes. HDDs are what's known as involatile storage, where they keep data when power is cut. Same for stuff like SD cards and USB memory sticks. RAM is what does lose data when power is cut, that's why they are known as volatile memory

Bizzare reacted to Jarsky in HDD question
The simple answer is yes. just make sure you wait a couple of seconds after any file transfer shows finished before unplugging. That will allow time to write anything thats in its cache.

Bizzare reacted to Jurrunio in HDD question
If SATA hotswap is not enabled, make sure you turn off the system before unplugging it

Bizzare reacted to ddennis002 in Corsair rgb fans problem
If you get the commander pro you don't need the node pro, BUT you will STILL need the RGB Fan Hub no matter what this is where the RGB wire from the fan goes into.

Bizzare got a reaction from ddennis002 in Corsair rgb fans problem
Ohh, alright, guess I'll just get the commander pro and rgb hub.

Bizzare got a reaction from dizmo in NZXT h510i or h510 Elite?
Yeah I agree, the h510 is better value than the intelligent case. But damn that Elite is sexy.
