  1. Yo, alex, i just saw the video today! Yall forgot to mention that the G15 neither has a MUX switch nor Advanced Optimus, which is a really bad performance impact for most esports titles like CSGO and Valorant, they can see hits as much as 35% while running the game on the internal laptop display! Should have really included it in the video but great work! Also due to this small problem im about to buy a Lenovo Legion 5 pro :(
  2. Thank you so much! Good i wont have to buy a new "SATA 3 COMPATIBLE" cable lol
  3. Might also be the chipset driver, when you switch cpus, but you dont reinstal windows, windows tends to stick with the same chipset driver, when i upgraded my CPU from a i7 3770k to a ryzen 7 2700x i got a similar issue, also for some reason, the GPU (1050ti) also wanted to stick with the Microsoft Basic Graphics Driver for some reason, reinstall windows after getting a backup
  4. Actually i was trying to ask if the cable makes any difference in speed, you all know if the cable makes a difference?
  5. I have a pc from 2013, which i know has a sata 3 compatible motherboard, my mechanical hard drive decided to fail after 7 years of service. I just bought a Samsung 860 EVO 500 Gb to replace it, but while removing the mechanical hard drive, unfortunately, the plastic connector of the cable broke. I have another desktop lying around, from which i took the sata cable out from, its from 2007, and i know that the PC has a sata 2 compatible motherboard. So, i have seen cables on amazon stating "SATA 3 COMPATIBLE", written in thier titles, i am confused, can my old sata cable deliver the same speed standards as the new SATA 3, or do i need to buy a new cable too, the global pandemic will make me wait for another 15 days if so, please reply fast somone :)
  6. My hard drive is still running, power on hours : 8437 hours, LOOLOLOLLLOLOLLOL. Holy its still holding up with these errors, Corona Virus has postponed my delivery date ahhhh, i will have to live with this for another month lol, now the computer take 15 minutes to get to the desktop, black screens, windows logo being stuck for 5 mins with the loading circle thing, after logging in, the desktop taking 5 mins to load
  7. My exams got over, i turned on my pc today, it took legit 10 mins just to get to the desktop, 3 errors popped up on HD tune today as here (i cant upload the image bucuz the server is not letting me) - End to end Error detection - Failure, Airflow Temperature - Failure and Interface CRC Error count - attention, this has gone way over now, i dont even know if this will boot up the next time i boot it lol, i ordered the HDD and the SSD from amazon, the best ones, 256 samsung evo 960, and WD green 1 TB, it wil come by april second week, Amazon psotponed my order due to the Corona Virus thing :C, Also my power on hours is now 8258 hours, thats a record for me lol, from 7914 in my last reply
  8. I am going to take a 256 gb ssd, along with a 1 TB hard disk (its 1tb and not 1 gb, lmao), am also looking forward to upgrade my psu, current is a 350 watt, and is will probably not be able to take an additional load of an ssd (rn, my processor is overclocked, TDP up is 124 watt, stable + gpu memory overclock by 220 MHz, core by 135 Mhz, wanted maximum stability, at 105 watts), what about at 500 watt psu, would that be nice or more will be better, by the way, my chipset is a Intel Z97, its pretty old now
  9. i did a quick scan by the way, this time i did a full
  10. steelo, i am going to buy a ssd for sure, i have seen them on amazon, i might want to use this as my secondary drive, for storing shit if it dosent crash completely, 512 should be fine? all my games sum upto 236 gigs (including shadow of the tomb raider, witcher 3 and a few others), any model particular suggestion
  11. I think you were correct, i did it again, no bsod this time, it shows this, woof now this makes sense!: Also am running an intel system, built in 2013, i7 4770k and 8 gigs of ram as mentioned above, also the inter rapid storage tech drivers are installed, is in HHD tune pro by the way(for dalekphalm)
  12. Ok i was doing a full scan, but it crashed with error bsod code 0x00000053, idk what that is, but i am now running the full test again will update after its done, yes i have it installed by the way (for gaming)
  13. I wanna ask though what the fuck is this, the image?, done in hd tune, as dalekhpalm told, i wiped off windows, formatted my drive, but nothing seems to change
