Sadly it doesn't. Thanks to the fan group on Facebook ive got all errors gone but still no display

How would I go about resetting the bios? I tried clearing the cmos and no matter what I cant get any display. Ive read that a new cpu could take a while to boot for the first time and thinking maybe that might be it.

I have a ryzen 1200 and brand new ryzen 2700x on a msi x370 gaming plus board. I replaced the 1200 with the 2700x and the board is now saying bad cpu and bad ram. So I swapped them back and now the board saying the same for the cpu that was working earlier.
