  1. So I have a very weird Problem with my new Ryzen 7 3700x and the X570 MSI A-Pro motherboard. At first it didn´t start at all. LED´s, fans and devices turned on, but the CPU,VGA and BOOT EZdebug LED´s on the motherboard indicated an error. Now here is the part that leaves me clueless: For some reason the PC actually gets into the BIOS if you turn it on and then flip the PSU power switch off and on really fast. In bios everything seems normal, except i can`t boot Windows or Linux(from a boot stick), even tho the SSD and Stick get recognized. From there I can restart the PC at will by pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL, but once i completely shut it off I have to do the Power switch thing again. I´m pretty sure the Mainboard is fine( I actually send it in and got a replacement because it looked like a clear Motherbord error at first (before i got into BIOS). The GPU worked fine before and Is pretty new. I switched the RAM with a friends RAM Stick with no changes so that should be fine too and there is nothing visibly wrong with my CPU Has anyone experienced something similar before? What do you think could be wrong? I´m suspecting the PSU but maybe you guys have any ideas. P.s: Motherboard BIOS is compatible and resetting the CMOS did nothing Specs: Ryzen 7 3700x (upgraded from i5-7600k) MSI X570 A -Pro 2*8GB Corsair DDR4 2666 MHz RAM Zotac GTX 1070 Corsair 650 Watt PSU 80 bronze
  2. All of them at the same time. Basically instantly after pressing power
  3. I just got my new Ryzen 7 3700x and my x570 Msi a pro motherboard. After installing everything and powering up the device all i get is Fans spinning and 3 of the 4 EZ debug leds are glowing red (CPU,VGA and BOOT. DRAM is fine apparently) there is no video output or anything. I cant even turn it off by holding the power switch( had to turn off the PSU). I already tried resetting my Bios (held the power switch down while it was unplugged) and changed Ram slots just to be sure. I also dont think it´s CPU cooler pressure cause is already loosend it a bit and nothing changed. I was extra careful not to fry anything while putting it together. Can it be that I completely killed either the CPU or MOBO anyway? Or is there another explanation to this? Specs: Ryzen 7 3700x MSI X570 a pro 2*8 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 Zotac GTX 1070 MINI Corsair 650 Watt PSU
  4. Ok thanks that sounds pretty reassuring. Sounds good. Once I have it installed and tested I´ll post the temps. Maybe it will help someone
  5. I´m in the process of switching from an I5 7600k to an Ryzen 7 3700x and would like to get some colling advice from you guys. I was running my I5 on an 4.5 GHz overclock and was cooling it with an Corsair H60 AIO Cooler(120mm single fan AIO Cooler) It was absolutley enough for my old I5 but according to the people of the Internet the 3700x runs quite hot when under heavy use.Could the little H60 possibley be up to the task or might the included Wraith cooler be a better choice? Or should I ignore them both and get a decent cooler?
