i have an i7 8700k and a gtx 1080ti as of right now i started getting bottlenecking i dont know whats going on any help or tips would be most appreciated.i cleaned out the pc no dust checked the thermal turned off oc in bios changed processor management to 50 60 70 80 90 therig runs 16 gb of memory so i really don know whats goin on
