What are your specs? (CPU, MOBO, RAM, PSU)? In general, try removing the RAM and restarting 1 stick at a time to rule out a bad stick. Try reseating your graphics card to make sure it is fully installed. Double check your cables to make sure everything is fully plugged in. Are the fans spinning, when you try to turn it on? Are any of the debug lights on the MOBO turning on?

Have you try with any other slots?
TVs these days usually have more than 1 HDMI slot
Ps: very sorry I didn't read the topic clearly, thought your TV had more than 1 slot. '-_-

I am getting the sense that you may be assuming a lot or misinformed, based on a few things you're saying.
So if you wanted a good racing monitor, i would do as @IDprofile mentions. 3440x1440p 120Hz Ultrawide. Your 2080Ti will push it well.

If you're looking at 65" monitors, do you need one that large? Ultrawides? Multiples? Or even the super ultrawides?
What setup do you WANT? Then we can help find the right monitor(s) for it.
4 8K monitors? Okay.

I've been waiting about 4-5 years.. trust me dont bother. The industry is perfectly content milking the ever living crap out of LCD.
You wont find a 'perfect' monitor. You will always end up sacrificing something, almost always picture quality related, especially when looking for a gaming orientated display.
Best bet, check out rtings.com and tftcentral reviews.
rtings has a little tool for searching through reviews by test results. Link below is for monitors, they also have one for TVs.

add and subtract columns as needed.
if ur looking for a LARGE display consider either the Samsung Q900 , its a 8k QLED, great quality and good figures for gaming. Also the Q90 which is the 4k variant.
At the same price range for the size u can get an OLED, so consider those as well if ur ok working around the so called 'burn-in', they are far superior to LCD, even the QLED LCDs.

@Newpcgamer1
A system may be able to physical connect and drive 4x 4k monitors on a desktop, but u can forget about running a game across 4 4k displays, thats 15360 x 2160. Thats way to much for even a 2080ti to handle.
Highest u could run with usable FPS is 5120x2160, and the only monitor that does that , that i know of, is the LG 34WK95U.

The majority of games support almost any resolution. All racing games will support 4k, its only when u go into different aspect ratios could support be lacking, but for racing games that shouldnt be an issue as they are more suited to wider aspect ratios anyway.

I'd probably go with a 3440x1440p and a refresh rate of 120hz or higher. And then depending on the racing games you play you could add on a Tobii eyetracker.
